Mr. Yashas Gowda C D is an Of Counsel at the India Desk of TWL Law Group, with experience in indirect taxation, labour law, and regulatory advisory matters. He assists in delivering legal support to both domestic and international clients navigating India’s complex fiscal and commercial frameworks.

Yashas has developed a diversified legal foundation through his previous undertakings across chambers of Senior Counsels and law firms in India. His exposure spans extensive practice areas, including tax litigation and dispute management, statutory interpretation of the tax and labour laws and resolution of commercial real estate disputes.

He holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Jindal Global Law School and is fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.
