Ms. Shan Huynh is the Finance Director of TWL Law Group. She is an accounting, tax and financial management professional with over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, including eight years with leading international banks. She has extensive expertise in financial performance management, financial analysis and planning, accounting, tax compliance and regulatory requirements, with a focus on supporting foreign-invested enterprises (FDIs) in Vietnam.

During her banking career, Shan served as Head of Performance Management at a leading international bank, overseeing country-level financial performance, revenue and cost management, balance sheet management, budgeting and forecasting, liquidity and capital management, and financial reporting under IFRS and VAS. She also has hands-on experience in corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and accounting matters.

Shan holds an MBA from RMIT University Vietnam and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. She is a member of CMA Australia and holds a Chief Accountant Certificate in Vietnam.
