Ingyin is a Senior Associate at TWL Law Group, renowned for her extensive expertise in labor law, trademark registration, contract drafting, and the meticulous preparation of legal due diligence reports.

Ingyin worked as a Visiting Foreign Lawyer at one of Indonesia's top-tier law firms. She has broadened her expertise in multi-jurisdictional legal matters, engaging in diverse projects across North America, South America, and Southeast Asia.

 

Ingyin's legal advisory skills include trademark registration, due diligence, and joint ventures. She has successfully assisted major international clients from Japan, China, Singapore, and Thailand in sectors such as mining, real estate, banking, and manufacturing within Myanmar. Her expertise encompasses drafting critical legal documents, resolving intricate labor disputes, and managing complex multi-jurisdictional acquisitions.

 

Ingyin is a PhD candidate in Law, Commerce and Technology at Singapore Management University. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Yangon and an LL.M. in Business Law from Chulalongkorn University.
