Ms. Lee is a senior associate at TWL Law Group. She has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters in Thailand. She is well versed in market entry strategies, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance, and Board of Investment (BOI) applications. Her experience spans diverse industries, including automotive, focusing on EVs, software, and emerging technologies. As a native Chinese speaker, she brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to her work, regularly assisting Chinese-speaking investors and multinational clients in navigating Thailand’s legal and regulatory landscape.

 

Before joining TWL Law Group, Ms. Lee honed her skills at both international law firms and a top-tier Thai firm. With over five years of practice, she has become an expert in providing strategic legal advice and regulatory compliance for corporate clients. Her work spans a variety of industries, including the dynamic EV and software markets. Ms. Lee is also a leader in investment initiatives, offering comprehensive support for BOI applications and ensuring seamless governmental compliance for international investors.

In addition, Ms. Lee has extensive experience as an in-house legal counsel in the EV and media industries. She served as a key point of contact for legal teams, particularly with Chinese-speaking suppliers and affiliates. With proficiency in Chinese, English, and Thai, she excels at drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to achieve favourable terms that both protect the company and ensure a mutually beneficial outcome with its business partners.
