At the firm, Victor leads government relations and oversees special projects. He brings extensive expertise in government-related projects, with a strong focus on Intellectual Property. Before co-founding the firm, he served as Head of Legal and Executive Director of the Optical Media Board (OMB) of the Philippines and has held key positions within agencies such as the Department of Education and the Department of Tourism.
