Vibhasa is a Senior Of Counsel at the India Desk of TWL Law Group, based in Bengaluru. He advises Taiwanese and other Asian companies on their investments and operations in India, and Indian companies on their business in Asia, covering both transactions and disputes.

Much of his transactional work involves M&A, joint ventures and cross-border investment into India, and the foreign exchange regulation (FEMA) that governs how capital enters and leaves the country, a subject he also writes on. He has advised clients across manufacturing, technology and infrastructure, among them India's first multi-lane free flow tolling system.

When those arrangements break down, or regulators intervene, he handles the resulting commercial, shareholder, employment and customs disputes before courts, arbitral tribunals and regulatory authorities. He also conducts internal investigations for multinational companies into allegations of fraud, corruption and other misconduct in their Indian operations, and advises on the remedial measures that follow.
