Niharika is a Senior Of Counsel at the India Desk of TWL Law Group. She has specialized in the niche area of Intellectual Property and Corporate law, holding over twelve years of experience in the industry.

Early in her career, Niharika worked for an IP law firm as an Associate, where she handled trademark prosecution for clients in India and abroad. Her experience includes filing applications, drafting agreements, replies, oppositions, renewals, and copyright matters.

At TWL Law Group, she has extensive experience of working with cross border teams in the areas of large scales of FDI projects into India, both via governmental and automatic routes, M&A, land acquisition, JV and foreign exchange matters. She is extensively involved in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts; and also has experience in setting up companies, managing the compliance and handling employment related matters and disputes.

Niharika was admitted to the All-India Bar Association in 2014.
