Pimpisa Choonhakamolrak is an Associate of TWLS Company Limited, the Thailand office of TWL Law Group.​

She regularly advises the clients in corporate and commercial matters as well as conducts extensive legal research in ensuring legal compliance with laws of Thailand. Pimpisa also handles corporate secretarial matters such as capital increase, capital reduction, transfer of shares, company dissolution and etc.

 

Prior to joining TWL Law Group, Pimpisa worked at an international law firm as well as one of the Big Four audit firms in Thailand where she served both domestic and multinational clients in various fields including general corporate matters, merger and acquisition, corporate restructuring, and personal data protection.
