Stanley is Senior Counsel at TWL Law Group, with extensive experience in foreign investment, and corporate law, particularly in cross-border and high-value transactions across India, Vietnam, and Myanmar.

Prior to joining TWL Law Group, Stanley served as Senior Legal Counsel at a Global 500 electronics manufacturer. He was appointed to Shanghai to lead the group’s China legal affairs, where he accumulated substantial experience coordinating with leading global technology conglomerates, including Apple, Microsoft, and Huawei. Stanley was also previously based in Yangon, where he advised on cross-border investments in the manufacturing and banking sectors, further strengthening his regional expertise across emerging Asian markets.

In India and Southeast Asia, Stanley has been deeply involved in advising some of the largest manufacturers within the global electronics supply chain, particularly on greenfield and brownfield investments, supply-chain localization, and large-scale manufacturing projects. Drawing on his in-house background and regional experience, he provides pragmatic legal counsel on commercial contracts, general trade, foreign investment structuring, infrastructure, and construction projects, with a strong understanding of both regulatory expectations and commercial realities across emerging markets.
