Dr. Ditipriya is Of Counsel at TWL Law Group and regularly advises on inbound transactional matters, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A across India and the Philippines. Her practice also includes renewable energy acquisitions, investment structuring, legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance across Southeast Asian jurisdictions. 

In the Philippines, she has been involved in solar energy project acquisitions, the acquisition of a regulated insurance company, and corporate dissolution processes. She has also advised foreign investors on inbound investment considerations, including applicable licensing requirements and foreign ownership thresholds. In India, she advises foreign investors on structuring investments and joint ventures, including FDI entry routes and related compliance requirements.

Prior to joining TWL Law Group, Dr. Ditipriya served as an Assistant Professor of Law in India and has published research in national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed publications.

Dr. Ditipriya graduated from KIIT School of Law with a B.Sc. LL.B. (Business Hons.) and obtained her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from IIT Kharagpur. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Burdwan, India.
