Ms. Zhang is a senior associate at TWL Law Group. She has extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure investment and financing, asset back securitization, and private fund formation. She has also participated in investment and financing projects and bond issuances in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, and serves as a long-term legal advisor to real estate companies. Ms. Zhang holds a legal professional qualification in China.

Before joining TWL Law Group, Ms. Zhang practiced for more than four years at a top-tier Chinese law firm, where she provided legal services to many renowned Chinese and multinational companies.

 

Ms. Zhang holds an LL.B. degree from a Chinese university and an LL.M. degree from a U.S. university. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English.​
