Kwanphandin Chairob is an Associate at TWLS Company Limited, the Thailand office of TWL Law Group. His practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial law, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, syndicated loan and project financing transactions, foreign direct investment, and legal due diligence.

 

Kwanphandin regularly advises clients on cross-border financing transactions, corporate acquisitions, land sale and lease transactions, and corporate establishment and structuring. He also supports tax planning matters and assists in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. His work includes regulatory advisory and transaction support in banking and finance matters.

Prior to joining TWLS, he worked at a professional services advisory firm, where he was involved in tax and legal advisory projects, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance matters.

Kwanphandin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University.
