Thanamon Sodsaengchan is an Associate at TWLS Company Limited, the Thailand office of TWL Law Group. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial law, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and legal due diligence.

 

Thanamon regularly advises both Thai and international clients on corporate and commercial transactions. She assists in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Her work includes regulatory advisory and transaction support in corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining TWLS, she worked at a professional services advisory firm, where she was involved in legal advisory projects, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance matters.

Thanamon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University.
