Ms. Ei Mon Theint serves as an Associate at TWL Law Group, bringing extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and the banking sector throughout Southeast Asia.

Ei Mon has a proven ability in leading legal research, draft intricate agreements, and providing strategic advice on business establishment, restructuring, corporate governance and asset management.

Before joining TWL Group, she successfully led a team in restructuring of loan and assets management for a leading local bank. She has also executed in-depth due diligence for significant corporate acquisitions and investments. She also has drafted complex contracts for high-value transactions. Her ability to provide critical legal opinions is strengthened by her understanding of both Thai and Myanmar laws.

 

A licensed Higher-Grade Pleader in Myanmar, Ei Mon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Myanmar and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Thailand. She is fluent in both English and Burmese.
