​Ms. Dhanya Jha is a Legal Analyst at TWL Law Group, with extensive experience in corporate and transactional advisory.

 

Prior to her tenure at TWL Law Group, she has experience working with the Corporate and M&A teams of top law firms in India. She was involved in a range of transactions, including an acquisition of an Indian company by a Japanese acquirer. She has previously assisted in transactions by preparing CS-CP trackers, and various transactional documents. Additionally, she has extensively researched on employment and labour laws in India, the issuance of ESOPs, and FEMA compliances.

 

Notably, Dhanya has also worked with the Legal team at DevRev Inc., a Delaware-based company, for over a year where she dealt with Indian as well as U.S. federal and state laws.

 

Dhanya speaks both English and Hindi.
